What is the cancellation window?
• More than 3 hours before your slot — free cancellation (100% refund)
• 2–3 hours before — 50% refund
• Less than 2 hours before — cancellation not allowed; no refund
How do I cancel a booking?
Log in at goodbookies.co.in → My Bookings → select the booking → Cancel Booking. You can also WhatsApp or call us at 8791327956.
Can the turf owner cancel my booking?
Venues may cancel due to maintenance, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases you are notified immediately and receive a full refund.
Can I reschedule instead of cancelling?
Rescheduling is subject to slot availability and venue approval. Contact us at least 3 hours in advance at contact@goodbookies.co.in.
